Description

Also known as NGC6611, the Eagle Nebula, an open star cluster & diffuse emission nebula, lies in the constellation Serpens at a distance of 7,000 light-years away. This beautiful nebula was was made famous by the Hubble Telescope image “Pillars of Creation” that focused on the star forming region



Taken over several nights from July 11-14, 2017 from Campbell, CA, USA. Sky: 18.80 mag/arcsec^2
