Description

At the top left you can see the supernova remnant Cas A (SNR G111.7-02.1).  Cas A emits Ha, OIII and SII.
Cas A was discovered in 1947 as a strong radio source and was photographically identified 3 years later.
The diffuse bluish-red nebula just to the right below Cas A I only found in one image on the net.
I have not found a catalogue number for this object.

A little to the left above the Bubble Nebula is the large planetary nebula KjPn 8 (PN G112.5-00.1, K3-89).
It was discovered in 1971 by Kazaryan and Parsamyan.
