Description

This image field is a composition of the Sh2-91 (also known as LBN 147) emission nebula object. It is the southeast part of a much larger (and roughly circular) supernova remnant known as SNR 065.3+05.7. Also in this image is Min 1-92, a Post-AGB Star (proto-PN) or pre-planetary nebula. In this image, it is so small, it simply looks like a slightly elongated star.  These objects and some of the brighter stars are seen in the annotated image.  The horizontal FOV is approximately 120'. Image scale of the full size image is 2.53 arcsec/pix.
