Description

Three and a half nights of SHO on SH2-188. Ten minute subs. This planetary nebula has strong signal in all three narrowband wavelengths.

I tried different combinations of SHO and HSO with varying color combinations. I decided on SHO and used PI NarrowbandNormalization. The colors were further enhanced and shifted slightly in PS.

This is a decent sized PN but still cropped from my full-frame sensor. I was going to include more area but I have been having a problem with internal reflections from bright stars that are de-focused donuts of the mirror. They are large and only on the side with the bright star. I believe that I may just need to flip my Ha and Sii filters. I don't have the problem with Oiii.
