Description

NGC 128 has a curious "X" like nucleus which perhaps indicates it is a barred lenticular. The companion galaxy it is interacting which shows streams of dust in the foreground of NGC 128 and it also reddens this half of the galaxy. NGC 125 below has a wonderful nearly circular loop of tidal tails.
