Description

Somehow the stars aligned (not really, that would be wierd having them all coverge on a single point), and my seeing this morning was impeccable. Airy disk with little to no ripples visible at zenith- Vega was eerily still. I really had to turn my BlurX down on this and another image for it to not oversharpen.

Anyways, on to the image, Messier 20, Trifid Nebula, whatever you like to call it (I like calling it the Boomerang Nebula because of how the dark dust lanes look inside of it), is a ultimate combination [ Taco Bell and Pizza Hut?]  of a Reflection, Emission, and Dark Nebula in Sagittarius with an apparent magnitude of 6.3.

I've never tried shooting a legitimate project on this one, so I'm happy to finally get around to it.
