Description

Here’s the third image from my mind-blowing experience for the total solar eclipse from down in Fredricksberg, TX with 800 other members of The Planetary Society!

If you have a chance in your lifetime to see a total solar eclipse, I would recommend you do everything you can to make it happen! You will not be disappointed! Totality or bust!

We are star dust.⁣

I ran automation software that made it very seamless, all I had to do was align the mount, focus and click go. Although this adds simplicity, I did have to adjust the exposure sequences to account for the clouds. Next time I will be more adaptable and if there are clouds, the best approach is to point and shoot to get the optimum gaps through the clouds! I didn’t want to change the plan too much and just soak in the experience 🤗
