Description

This is a follow on post to my original M27 Narrowband post of yesterday. 

I was fascinated that this project brought out so much detail in each filtered image compared with what I usually see in RGB or LRGB images.  Also, the fact that each image is so very different from the others.  The detail seen from each molecular cloud is so distinct.  That does get a little lost when you combine the image into a color master. 

So I decided to post each color image so you could see the different detail in each.   This is the O3 mage - which has a very round and smooth feel with loops of gaseous material. The outer gas shell looks are bilateral and it looks kind of like the wings of a butterfly!
