I'm thrilled that this image was published as an APOD on 2015 Aug 27 ! APOD archive link: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap150827.html
Image taken during the 27th Observational Meeting (ENOC). This event is organized by the Brasilia Astronomy Club (CAsB).
In order to capture shades of red and magenta I've used the Astronomik CLS clip filter. Done 15 light frames in ISO 12800.
This final image is a 80% crop from the original frame.
- REVISION B -> a little work around background noise and color.
