Description

IC 405 (also known as the Flaming Star Nebula, SH 2-229, or Caldwell 31) is an emission/reflection nebula[1] in the constellation Auriga, surrounding the bluish star AE Aurigae.

Second trial with the ATIK460Ex, weather conditions not so good (windy), but first trial with autofocus via FocusMax. Only the scope was pointed manually to a star, the rest was done via PC control.
