Description

The Ghost Nebula is a reflection nebula located in Cepheus and is located near the Iris Nebula. The densest dust in the nebula may indicate areas of star formation and are call Bok globules.

One of my favorite things about this dusty region is the repeating bat / ghost shapes at different scales all pointing in the same direction.
