Description

A longer capture(1hour) of C2022 E3 10 days later than my previous one with the same setup(Canon6D modified and lens Canon 70-200mm f2.8). I used the pixinsight cometalignment process which is pretty convenient and accurate as you need only to position the comet on the first and last frame of the session. With DSS you have to do it on every frame.

I keep the same field of view(focus, cropping, etc) just for the visitor to compare how different the size and shape of the comet in 10 days look like. Session of the 11st of January 2023: https://www.astrobin.com/ces7i5/D/

Revision E is a merge of the Celestron edgeHD 8" luminance layer with the LRGB layer captured with the Canon 200mm lens to get more more details in the core of the comet and thinner stars.
Revision F is the Celestron edgeHD 8" luminance layer.
