NGC 2244 - Rosette Nebula @ BiColor RGB Stars

Hi star friends,

I was never really happy with the editing on this shot. According to the knowledge at that time, only one red rose came out. The RGB images in the network always showed a different colored center compared to the edge area. Physically that was definitely correct. I now took on the individual color channels and lo and behold, the individual fog areas can also be displayed accordingly in my recording. I edited the data in the BiColor process and added RGB stars. A completely different picture emerges.

Unfortunately, the recording telescope was not in the database:

I'm surprised that the Telrad seeker wasn't in the database either???

Hallo Sternfreundinnen und -freunde,

bei dieser Aufnahme war ich mit der Bearbeitung nie so richtig glücklich. Nach damaligem Wissensstand kam immer nur eine rote Rose heraus. Die RGB-Aufnahmen im Netz zeigten immer ein andersfarbiges Zentrum gegenüber dem Randbereich. Physikalisch war das bestimmt richtig. Ich nahm mir jetzt die einzelnen Farbkanäle vor und siehe da, auch in meiner Aufnahme lassen sich die einzelnen Nebelbereiche entsprechend darstellen. Ich habe die Daten im BiColor-Prozeß bearbeitet und RGB Sterne hinzugefügt. Es ergibt sich dabei ein ganz anderes Bild.

Das Aufnahme Telekop war leider nicht in der Datenbank:

Mich wundert das der Telradsucher auch nicht in der Datenbank gewesen ist???
