Description

C30 is a wonderful magnitude 10 unbarred spiral galaxy in Pegasus, 39 million light years away and similar to our milky way in diameter of 120.000 light years.

Accompanied by a handfull of much fainter magnitude 13 galaxies, that are much further away, approx 300million light years.

Date was taken on a run a couple of clear perfect nights early September, back then with an improperly collimated EdgHD11.
Image was processed in Pixinsight as HSO, working on HSO channels seperately, stretched with the ingenious GHS, finetuned with the XTerminator suite.
