Description

I’ve been very hesitant to post this one but I’ll let you guys comments tell me if I should have posted it.

Have you ever had an image that you’re just not happy with no matter what you do with it? Boy this is one of them for me! I've processed this data now 4-5 times over the last 2-3 days and really am not happy with what I'm getting as a final result. I've tried many different versions and this HSO version is about the only one that I can is well "ok". While the HSO version is a different color scheme that we normally see this image in I did feel of all the different version of it this one showed the best detail in the core of the planetary. The SHO version is very close as well but opted to post this one.

I'd have thought 18hrs would have given me an easier data set to work with but this has not been the case for me.

One thing I will say is I do like how much detail around the main outer rim of the planetary there is.

I’m wondering if I may have over sharpened the luminance data when I added it back for detail so I may go back and start from scratch and give it another go. Just going to give myself another break and then see how I feel about this in a few days.

I welcome any and all comments on this as well as any tips you may have on processing this.

Thanks for looking!
