Description

Over a month without activity under the sky which was locked like Fort Knox. After having missed most of the winter jewels, this year too about to missing the galaxy season irrespective of a bright moon currently in Leo. The typically 6-weeks long rainy season is expected to come early May. Last evening, while still at daylight, I got a brief window for shooting the Moon five times. No worries it is still there and no new craters. This time I have added a thin Yellow filter branded "Gobi" which is made primarily of semi-transparent silicon. Yet, transparency was pretty good in spite of air ripples which forced me to use short exposures.
