Description

Messier 106 is a spiral galaxy located in the constellation Canes Venatici, the “Hunting Dogs”. It was discovered by Pierre Méchain in 1781. This galaxy is calculated 24 million light-years from Earth and has a spatial diameter of 135,000 light years.
