Description

The Heart Nebula!

7500 Light years away in the Perseus arm of our galaxy.

Four times larger than the moon in the night sky.

An emission nebula showing glowing ionized hydrogen gas. The shape is driven by stellar winds from the hot stars at its core.

6.5 hours of 100 second exposures on my Askar FRA400 and ASI533MC Pro across 2 nights earlier this month.
