Description

Gear:

Canon 6D

Celestron AVX

Vixen ED80SF

Software:

Pixinsight, Photoshop

Steps:

Typical things in pixinsight, I calibrated everything and then used the Comet Align process to stack separately and then pixel math to combine them. Various things like curves, histogram, noise reduction, etc. I followed a few of David Aldrich's videos like this one - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfrMV1JCYVo

In PS I did a few things like curves, crop, resizing, etc

This was my first comet, so I had a lot to learn. Photographing it wasn't super easy, finding it wasn't easy, and the editing was also a challenge. I'm reasonably satisfied with this image, I think I could do more with it, and I may at some point re-process the whole thing. Thanks for looking
