Description

The constellation of Auriga (Latin for Charioteer), is most prominent during winter evenings in the northern Hemisphere. The image is a wide-field image taken with the William Optics Redcat 61 Petzval Astrograph, and has many interstellar objects present including:

IC405 - Flaming Star Nebula
IC410 - Tadpole Nebula
NGC1893 - Open Star cluster
IC417 & NGC1931- Spider Nebula
NGC1907 - Open Star Cluster
M38 - Starfish Cluster
