Description

To seen is  the photometry(light curve) and 90 minutes movement of Haumea,
taken on 25 February.
The sky was relatively good, until clouds rolled in.
Haumea  is a dwarf planet in the Kuiper belt. It is the third-largest known trans-Neptunian object, after Eris and Pluto.
Haumea has two moons  ( 136108 ) Haumea I Hiʻiaka and ( 136108 ) Haumea II Namaka.
In October 2017, astronomers announced the discovery of a ring system around Haumea, representing the first ring system discovered for a trans-Neptunian object.
Orbital period : 283.12 yr
Current distance to Earth : 7.42 billion km

Haumea rapidly rotates in just under 4 hours, causing it to be elongated. Haumea exhibits distinguishable variations in colour as it rotates, indicative of a dark red spot on its surface as depicted here.
