Description

After the last session of my wide field setup, I am experiencing the coming back of my "long focal setup" with the APM x1,5 barlow on my Lacerta

I am then at F6.

After a first night with, what I was thinking, bad seeing, I could get almost 4h of luminance of HIckson 44, the beautiful Leo Quartet
The night after, another session with much worse seeing conditions ! (my best L unitary subs went from 3 to 4,5 pixels / at meridian / with 0,65" per pixels, so I lost a minimum of 1")
And the guiding was the same: from 0,8" RMS to 1,2-1,3" RMS (generally, I am between 0,5" to 0,9")

Fortunately, it was mainly for the chrominance but I had to struggle with chrominance noise reduction on the final stack. I used almost no noise reduction on the luminance.

A lot of subs in LRGB : 175x60x60x60 x2 minutes, all of them was not usefull but I am happy, I learnt some new tricks when playing with stars hue and saturation and I begin to find a way in galaxy processing.

Hope you will enjoy it !
