Description

This shot was born from the collaboration with my amateur astronomer friend Mirco Turra, who took over the double narrow band signal (H-alpha and OIII) last year with his old Newton 254/1200, to which I added this year the signal of ionized Sulfur (SII) and the RGB stars. I've been waiting for a year to compose this Hubble palette and we finally did it (I promised him).
The subject of the picture is the famous Bubble Nebula (cataloged as NGC 7635, Sharpless 162, or Caldwell 11) in the constellation of Cassiopeia near the border with Cepheus, discovered in 1787 by William Herschel.
