Description

This is probably my largest and preferred mosaic so far. It has been shot with a OSC and no additional NB data was blend in, what you see is what you get is my preferred approach. 18 panels 3 wide, 6 deep (or you can turn that around as I prefer this orientation to show the image ;-)). I really love this region, probably more than the Orion region that has been captured in stunning wide fields more. 55 hours of data a little over 3 hours per panel, taken from about September to December. Needed to downsize the final stack as APP would render artefacts at full scale. The original image scale is 2.65, but could only stack at 0.7 and I even downsized it to post ... 12688x16952 was the image I worked on and 1.2GB tiff.
