Description

In an attempt to UP my processing game I spent time learning and utilizing some tools in PixInsight that I had not used before.  This included Narrowband Normalization, Generalized Hyperbolic Stretch and Local Histogram Equalization. 

Narrowband Normalization is a script I used to convert the initial SHO combine into a more pleasing color pallet that you see here.  You can read about it here:  https://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?threads/new-process-narrowbandnormalization.21441/

Local Histogram Equalization:  In Version B I used LHE with a range mask to " enhance local contrast and visibility of structures in low-contrast regions of the image. The process is designed to run on non-linear (already stretched) images."  

Generalized Hyperbolic Stretch :  I recommend watching PaulyManAstro's channel for his pixinsight tutorials.  Here is an example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eyhzxnJYFg&t=1731s.  

Ver A is I think my favorite.  It is a bit softer but seems more natural to me, less noise, and still has great detail when zoomed in fully.  It used HA stars so there are not any color in them but they are nice a sharp and pin point.
Ver B is a close second.  It is more punchy and I pushed the data harder with LHE and GHS.  More contrast and pop.  But also more noise.  I used ForaxxPallete for the stars only which gave them a bit of color.  But there shapes are not as nice for some reason.  
Ver C is HA processed and starless that I used as a luminance layer in Ver B.

I would appreciate any comments, feedback, and suggestions.
