What are your ImageIntegration settings? Also, what is your overall pre-processing process, step by step? DID you actually calibrate with ImageCalibration?

Based on the log, it looks like you are using PSF weighting. Have you tried another weighting algorithm?

This is a WBPP issue, not a stacking issue. There must be some settings within WBPP that enables it to run an assessment of noise and quality parameters akin to SubFrameSelector. But what it is I don't know as I don't use it (WBPP).

Try the reset and purge buttons, see if that helps.

I retook my calibration frames and it still failed. I ran all the same files through AstroPixelProcessor and they work fine. Still working on it, but the Masters ate up most of my time today. I'll shoot more subs tonight, more calibration in the morning and see what gives.

Try NOT using WBPP. Vast majority of the time, these kinds of issues are because of WBPP itself. Would be willing to bet if you just manually pre-processed, everything would be just fine.

It looks like the image has very few stars, which is strange for M81 with 10 minute exposures.  Notice that the PSF estimates have only 4, 9 and 3 PSF fits and only 78 stars detected.  Use Blink to examine the failed images.  You have gain set to 120.  What is your offset?  Also, what parameters did you use in WBPP?

The images look fine. So I did a repeat last night of the previous night, except for the filter used. PI stacked it as always without a hitch, using the parameters I always use. I may file this issue in the Plain Magic failures. I think this is one of those, 'there's no telling' moments.

I thank everyone for looking at this, but the problem is gone. I can repeat it with the offending files, but the next night's files are fine.

EDIT: Offset is set at 30.
