Description

This morning I photographed the fresh beauty of the ISS, the station has a lot of new flexible iROSA solar panels! Exactly a year ago, during my first successful shooting of the color ISS on the 16” telescope: https://www.astrobin.com/sbyszl/ there were only 2 batteries, and now there are already 6 pieces! As far as I understand, the 5th and 6th panels were installed quite recently, 2-3 weeks ago.The color ISS 04.07.2023 01:53:06msk, the height of the ISS in the photo is 73 degrees, dropped the tracking at 82 degrees, for the azimuth installation is excellent.
Monty LX200 MadMax. seeing 2/5, transparency 3/5. (1 - bad, 5 - excellent). The seeing is weak enough, but in summer there is rarely a good seeing, after filming the ISS, I waited for the second flight across the already bright sky and looked into the eyepiece of the double star Rasalhag at an altitude of about 30 degrees above the horizon (0.7" separation according to the planetarium), the star from time to time turned from a double into a single

Visual observations have shown high efficiency of automation, 200x the station is clearly in the center of the eyepiece, next time if the sky is better, I will try 300-400x. This is the best thing I've seen in the eyepiece in the planetary theme (the station is alive, changes the angle, lighting every second), you can see all the panels, modules, the radiator is flashing, the color is mostly yellow, but the solar panels are red. I am delighted, I advise everyone to observe the ISS through the eyepiece, who has such an opportunity.Pipe Meade ACF 16" f/10 automated focuser myFP2 + Barlow NPZ 2x (1.5x in this configuration) + automated eADC + Baader IR-cut + playerOne imx585.

(the pixel scale of the original is ~0.1”/pixel).An example of a single frame from a video sequence, unfortunately, there were no more than 10 such frames out of 4000:
