Bonjour à tous,
J'ai remarqué que certaines CCD de guidage étaient utilisé pour faire quelque prises de vue en ciel profond.
Par exemple, les Lodestar 1 et 2 ce sont montré très performante. D'autre aussi comme les QHY6, QHY série 5 ....etc
Quant a moi je possède actuellement une Sbig ST-i, et je n'ai jamais trouvé de teste en ciel profond avec cette CCD.
J'ai donc décidé faire un teste et de publier ce teste ici en espérant que cela puisse donner une idée de ses performances.
Et aussi pour montrer que l'on peu faire du ciel profond à bas prix.
La cible est Abell 576. Je suis étonné par cet assez bon resultat.
N'hésitez pas à commenter. Peut être, auriez vous un avis a partager ?

Hello everyone,
I noticed that some guidance CCDs were used to do some deep sky shots.
For example, Lodestar 1 and 2 are shown very efficient. Others also like the QHy6, qhy Series 5 .... etc
As for me I currently have a Sbig St-I, and I have never found a deep sky test with this CCD.
So I decided to do a test and publish this test here hoping that it can give an idea of its performance.
And also to show that we can do deep sky at low prices.
The target is Abell 576. I am amazed by this fairly good result.
Do not hesitate to comment. Maybe, would you have an opinion to share?

Submitted The date and time when you submitted this image for IOTD/TP consideration.	...
Views by Submitters (available since September 19th, 2023) Every image is assigned to 50% of available Submitters. In the event that at least 80% of them don't view the image before its time in the IOTD/TP process expires, it's assigned to the other 50% of Submitters and the process begins anew.
Promotions by Submitters When 3 distinct Submitters promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for Top Pick status. This requirement, in addition to anonymization of images and distribution to only a subset of them, prevents biases and ensures that the best images are selected.
Promotions by Reviewers When 3 distinct Reviewers promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for IOTD status.
Early dismissal Staff members have a lot of images to inspect on a daily basis, and they can dismiss images if they believe they don't meet the requirements for IOTD/TP selection. If an image is dismissed 5 times, it's removed from the process. This streamlines the process and ensures that any bias present in promotions could be overruled by other staff members.
