Description

Milky Way season is around the corner, but weather hasn't been super cooperative, yet again.    I had intentions to gather some Sulfur data but it's been wet, smokey, or cloudy for the past month or more and I'm quite impatient.   Figured I'd go with a classic HOO palette in the Dreamsplease variety.

Here's a relatively quick composition of the Butterfly Nebula with Sadr shining as bright as ever, illuminating a large area in the frame.   It's pretty difficult to keep this star under control, but the Meade Quad does surprisingly well overall.   The Sadr region is a relatively large area filled with diffuse emission nebula and is often outlined with the naked eye, provided you have dark enough skies.
