Description

Hi starfriends

finally another recording. The Newton was not optimally adjusted, as I can see from the star. The routine is just missing. I hope my first Mars since 2014. At that time I was working with an ALCCD5 and a manual filter wheel. It's much easier today with a color camera.

The cloud gaps were tight on January 9, 2023, finally at 21:04 CET had reasonably good conditions. I set 2500 frames. That was fine. Didn't exactly become a showpiece, but at least it was recorded in the 2022/23 season. The settings will definitely make it even better, I'll keep practicing.

Thank's for watching and stay healthy
