Description

While the moon was nearly full, I had two mostly clear nights. So I decided to image the Cygnus wall and collect data in Ha. This target is usually quite easy. But every time I pointed the telescope in that direction, there seems to be new problems for me. It feels like this nebula doesn't want to be photographed by me.

Nevertheless, I had a full night where I collected Ha data. Additionally, I used some Ha data from a session a while ago, where I got only 90 minutes but under a moonless sky. Yesterday night, I decided to use the hour without moonlight to collect some OIII data. The rest of the night was left for SII. Sadly at about 3 am clouds rolled in and the imaging time was over.

Due to the location and the surroundings of my scope, it will get more and more difficult for me to point the scope to this target. So I decided, to use the data I had and processed a final image. I only had one hour of OIII and about three hours of SII. The integration time of Ha was about 8 hours.
