Description

The Iris Nebula (NGC 7023) is a bright reflection nebula in the constellation Cepheus

It lies 1,300 light-years away and is six light-years across.

This shot took me a few evenings to get all the data (due to technical issues) but I am pleased with the outcome and think its probably my best image yet??

Taken with the Celestron Edge HD11 with x0.7 reducer fitted giving F10.
