Description

SH2-129 is an HII emissions region in the constellation Cephus. The Squid Nebula (OU4) is an OIII emission planetary nebula, and is very faint. In this shot, even after 18 hours of OIII exposure at F/2, it is barely discernable. It doesn't help that I'm in a Bortle 9 area. The faint blue emission nebula barely stands out above the light pollution.
