Imaged Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks on the night of November 19, 2023. The comet had an apparent magnitude (v) of ~9 and the coma had an apparent size of ~3 arcsec. No signs of a tail in these images, and none of the interesting "Millenium Falcon" or "devil horns" outburst features in the coma captured earlier this year. Looking forward to seeing how this one develops and hopefully catching one of its outbursts.

Total integration time of ~30 minutes: 29 subs at Gain = 100 with an exposure time of 60 seconds.
All images pre-processed using Pixinsight's weighted batch pre-processing script (WBPP) to perform calibration, debayering, registration, local normalization, and integration. Background removed using GradXpert. Separated comet and stars using StarXterminator. Starless image processing: noise x terminator, clone stamp to clean up background artifacts, masked stretch, and curves adjustment. Stars image processing: blur x terminator, noise x terminator, and masked stretch. Combined starless and stars images using pixelmath process.
