Description

This is the core of NGC 7822, a young star-forming complex in Cepheus. The complex encompasses the emission region designated Sharpless 171, and the young cluster of stars named Berkeley 59. The complex is believed to be some 2400-3000 light years distant, with the younger components aged no more than a few million years. [Wikipedia]

This one was very difficult to process, as the OIII channel had terrible ring artifacts.  I did what I could, but it's still not close to perfect.  After  that, I had to decide how to handle the green from the Ha areas.  In the end I decided to tone it down with SCNR but leave some of it, because I think it adds a moody effect to this region of the nebula.
