Description

Just a quick image for my daughters.
I was experimenting with colour mask to see if I could make the image pop.
The Veil Nebula itself is a large supernova remnant, the expanding debris cloud from the death explosion of a massive star.
Which is located in the constellation of the Swan (Cygnus), NGC 6995, spans only 1/2 degree, about the apparent size of the Moon.  the Veil's estimated distance around 1,370 light-years from Earth.

If you look hard you may find it looks like a Bat (Known as the Bat Nebula)
Thank you for looking I hope you enjoy this image.
