Description

About 80% of our physics students at university Picardie Jules Verne in Amiens  claim to be interested in astrophysics. Every year I do a quick poll : who has seen the Milky Way yet ? Two or three arms rise in a class of twenty. Quite frustrating. Amiens is a small city. You just need to move 20 km from the center to get a rural sky.

My father Horst-Peter Zeinert took photos with his Leicas for more than 40 years. Recently he gave me the 35 mm f/2 Leica lens. I could not resist the temptation to try it on the first occasion of a clear sky (at f/2.4).  Thank you so much Dad !

All the best,

Andreas
