Description

Sh2-171 is also known as Cederblad214 and is located within the Cepheus constellation. It lies about 2,700 light years from Earth and is part of the larger object known as the "Cosmic Question Mark", NGC 7822.

I found this one tricky to process - trying to push the blues hard was overpowering the whole image, despite capturing quite a lot of OIII data. I decided to revert to a softer touch, rather than forcing the colour scheme too much.

Thank you for looking!
