Description

If the Soul had any appearance I would like mine to look just like this.

The Soul Nebula (IC1848) is an area of star formation located in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is one of the most spectacular and interesting emission nebulae in our galaxy, known for its unique structure and intense star formation process.
Its name comes from its shape, which looks like a face with its eyes closed, resembling the contours of a human soul.

Right next to it is visible the Heart Nebula, which I have already shown you.
What makes the Soul Nebula so special is its complex structure and intense star formation process. It contains young stars with masses comparable to the Sun, and the star formation processes are still active there. The Soul Nebula is where dense clouds of dust and gas begin to collapse under the influence of gravity, forming new stars.
Material collected over two and a half nights (from 6 to 9 March).
Processed for a good few days.
