Description

NGC4395 is a LSBG, a Low Surface Brightness Galaxy, located in the constellation Canes Venatici. It structure is unusual for a spiral galaxy, it is also a Seyfert galaxy with a black hole in the core, but that is rather light compared to other black holes - its estimated mass is about only a few hundred thousand solar masses. Its distance from Earth is about 14-15Mio LJ and it is also classed as a dwarf galaxy.
It is not easy to get it, because its brightness is very low and its structure is not very prominent and it lacks the usual bulge as well.
This image is a newly processed one with different parameters and to avoid confusion, I eliminated the almost same previous one.
