Description

Only one semi-clear night ... northern CA has been nothing but bad weather for imaging this Winter thanks to the El Nino.  Was this image taken with a Planewave CDK 24" ...???  Noooooo ... it was taken with a  Celestron Edge 11.  RGB exposures 900 seconds binned 2 X 2 at native f/10.  Total of approximately 5 hours from my home observatory in Foresthill, CA.  Camera is a ZWO 2600MM with Chroma filters.  Processed with CCDStack, Registar, and PS CC with plug-ins.  Exposures really needed to be 1200 seconds or longer at f/10.  Edge 11 had the primary locked down and focusing was with a Starlight Instruments / Starizona motor assembly using NINA to focus.
