Description

This one was quite a journey. I started it in December of last year and was waiting for any type of decent weather until the February.
Processing was like this: combined Ha,  OIII, using Pixel Math first - into RGB for the nebula colors, RGB for overall and stars color. Ha+OIII+Luminosity into "SuperLum" for luminosity channel. After that I combined overall RGB with the "SuperLum".
Very interesting object with an intricate array of gas structure. It extends well beyond brighter 10x10 arc-minutes.
The Medusa Nebula was discovered by G. Abell in 1955. It is not clear if it's a supernova remnant or a planetary nebula.
