Repeating one more of the Sharpless2 Group to see what my new CMOS system can find with a deeper look at the H-alpha here.... near to Sh2 127. Also including reference to the older shots.
By popular demand, I also put up the raw destarred H-alpha.
There seems to be maybe a old PN slightly below Sh2 128. Unnamed semi-circle.
Previous versions of SH2 128 with more detail of the object itself. These include 8h on my old Tak 180 ED. A lot to be said for F 2.8.

According to a 1978 study, Sh 2-120, Sh 2-121, Sh 2-127 and Sh 2-128 are all at about the same distance of 7500 parsecs and are "probably distant HII regions associated with a spiral feature more distant than the Perseus arm".
