Description

This is the classic image I wanted to get from my trip to South Africa.
In a very busy astro-night (2, 3), which I described in my previous images, I had time to shoot also with my second gear dedicated for wide field (Canon 6D, Tamron 15-30 G1), which I carried for this vacations , not without some complaints of my wife because of the big suitcase... But you don't go in SA very often in one life, after all (my previous and only time was 5 years ago).

What it's interesting to notice here, it's that this is a single shot of 15 seconds (from this, the title of the picture).
Hidden somewhere behind the trees, there are the Magellanics Clouds, which I shot indeed during this and the following nights (I still have a lot of raw files to process).

It's a unforgettable memory for me, with a exotic taste of the Universe seen like from another world...

Thanks for watching.

(Canon 6D @ iso 6400, Tamron 15-30 G1 @ 15mm, f/4.5)
