Description

This not very often photographed object, is an emission nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia, at a distance of about 7500 lightyears away from us.
The small nebula is also a part of the nebula complex often called "The Question Mark nebula", containing NGC 7822, 7762 and SH2-170.
The glowing gas in this nebula is caused by the bright center star which is ionizing the hydrogen gas.
I took the light frames over three nights in November and December, 2022
