Description

When I first saw images of this object, I thought the amazing array of colors was mesmerizing.  The blues next to the golds and reds really is awe-inspiring to me.  This was the second target for the Askar 107PHQ later on in the evening after it came over the trees.

I showed this to my wife and explained how it is an area of dust that is coalescing to form stars and how you can see several being born.  However, I told her that it didn't look like an embryo to me, so I have no idea why they call it the Embryo Nebula.

Then my wife, the pediatrician, says, "They call it the embryo because stars are being born."

Forehead slap.
