Description

I didn't know how faint this target is until first sub exposure which was underwhelming that showed nearly nothing except the brightest upper part of the nebula. When the stacked image finally appears on your screen, the payoff is immense. The delicate tendrils of the nebula, the vibrant colors, the scale of it all – is very rewarding..

I was tending to tone down the stars but not for  this part of the sky as stars were dense and colorful and couldn't be ignored. So, I integrated a starless version.

The Jellyfish Nebula is supernova remnant lying 5,000 light years from Earth, in the constellation Gemini.

Update: I decided to give the Medusa Head some Ha love to enhance the details and I think it worked well..!
