Description

I think I became a huge fan of this part of the sky in southern hemisphere, since you can photograph almost all well-known ha-nebulae in one arch. As you can see on this 50mm-panorama Venus shines so bright and it was clear to me that the sun should follow soon. In half an hour the morning blue hour was supposed to start. And that was the reason why it was difficult to capture this shot as I was limited in time and at the same time I wanted to get the proper curve of the arch when Orion is high in the sky in all its beauty. So I had to start 2 hours before the twilight. An perfectly on time I finished my last panel of the mosaic. While editing the image I found the bridge that connects 2 Magellanic Clouds on my pictures. It was clearly visible when I removed the stars. Especially in this hour both of the were high (the highest point of The Magellanic Clouds in the sky during the year) enough above the horizon so no light pollution or airflow were in this area.
