Processing:Standard processing with BlurX, NoiseX and StarX on the H-alpha. Worked a lot of the GHS on the H-alpha.
Various Collections for Comparison:Have photographed this area before with wider angle equipment... the Elephant's trunk is just off image to the right.
Below was taken with my Takahashi 180Ed with a CCD.... gives and idea of how small this field is.
Elephants Trunk IC 1396 (Sh2 131) Basic Information From GalaxyMap:Sh 2-131 and several other H II regions, such as Sh 2-129, Sh 2-133, Sh 2-134, and Sh 2-140 are apparently parts of the Cepheus bubble. [1]

GENERAL NOTE ON SHARPLESS2 OBJECTS>>>>>>>>>>>>>There are 313 Sh2 objects. All now imaged by yours truly. These are basically the Hydrogen Alpha and other ionized nebulae around the edge of the Milky Way.
